En un momento en el que los africanos y africanas est\u00e1n liderando una transici\u00f3n que pretende situar a \u00c1frica en una posici\u00f3n digna y justa, es importante analizar las nuevas alianzas internacionales, y asegurar que estas son un paso adelante hacia la cooperaci\u00f3n y no una sombra del neocolonialismo pasado. En este sentido, la irrupci\u00f3n de China en el continente, que en pocos a\u00f1os se ha convertido en el socio estrella, ha despertado preocupaci\u00f3n. Este ensayo tratar\u00e1 de abordar el concepto de neocolonialismo y c\u00f3mo este se ha materializado en el continente, de explicar en qu\u00e9 consiste la alianza sino-africana, y de exponer los diferentes argumentos tanto en su contra como en su favor -a trav\u00e9s de otros ensayos y estudios en la materia. De esta manera, se propone encontrar los intereses escondidos en ambas afirmaciones, y de manera objetiva, puntualizar sus beneficios y desventajas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
At a time when Africans are leading a transition that aims to put Africa in a decent and just position, it is important to analyse the new international partnerships, and to ensure that these are a step forward in the path towards cooperation, not a shadow of the former neocolonialism. In this sense, the incursion of China in the continent, which in a few years has become the main partner, has aroused concern. This essay will try to address the concept of neocolonialism and how it has materialized in the continent, explain what the Sino-African alliance consists in, and expose the different arguments, both against it and in its favour -through other essays and studies in the field. In this way, it attempts to find the hidden interests behind both statements, and to objectively point out their benefits and disadvantages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
